Do you really do free quotes?
Yes. We come out, look at the roof properly, explain what we found in plain English and leave you a written quote. No charge, no pressure, and no obligation.
Is the roof checker a survey?
No. It is a quick guide based on what you can see. We confirm what the roof needs when we visit.
How soon can you come out for a leak?
For an active leak we aim to get someone out the same or next working day to make it safe and dry, then agree the proper repair with you.
How long does a roof replacement take?
A typical terrace or semi takes about a week, including scaffold going up and coming down. Repairs are usually done in a day. We tell you the timescale in the quote and stick to it.
What guarantee do you give?
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 5 years in writing, and materials carry the manufacturer guarantee on top. If something is not right, you ring us and we come back.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry public liability insurance and can show you the certificate before work starts.
Can you help with an insurance claim for storm damage?
We can make the roof safe, photograph the damage and give you a written report and quote to pass to your insurer. We do not handle the claim itself.
